SHIPPING: We Ship World Wide
We wrap, package and/or box our items to provide the best care possible.
We prefer to ship USPS Priority Mail but do offer other options.
Note:
MEDIA MAIL (via USPS)
If your item can be mailed media mailed, it can take 6 or more USPS days to receive, once mailed.
If you want your item ASAP you may want another option for shipping.
Media Mail is the most reasonable rate for books but can be slow mail, so please remember this when making your purchase and leaving feedback.
International Shipping:
We ship by USPS Priority Mail International or higher standings, we do not ship "First Class Mail International.
We ship Internationally to Canada, Europe, Australia and Japan, unless the item listed is prohibited by that country.
If your country is not shown please email us for a S&H quote and to see if we can sent the item to your country.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
We welcome and encourage you to combine your winning items to save on shipping. If we can carefully pack all your winnings on one box we will.
INSURANCE:
As of September 2009 we insure your item and as always (since we joined eBay in 1989) guarantee your item will arrive safely to you. However; if an item is delivered to you damaged you must notify us immediately and you are required to keep the pieces and/or damaged item or
items, the
packing and box or package it came in, plus the shipping label. If you do not keep the damaged item and pieces, its box or package, its packing and label, you may not be eligible to collect your insurance. Insurance claims pay only the cost of the item, not the shipping costs nor
handling costs nor other additional costs that may have been included.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE:
Items mailed in envelopes smaller then 5" wide by 8" long will not have a tracking number.
All other items shipped within USA will have a tracking number and you will receive an email notice of the day shipped.
International tracking included with Priority or Express International Mail, you may also request a Certificate of Mail or Registered Mail with additional fee.

If your Shipping address is in Colorado, Sales
Tax is required and shall be added to the total of the auction.
Only the Bid price will be taxed.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
Antiques
Etc. wants all our customers to be pleased,
if not overjoyed, with our items when they receive them.
HOWEVER; in the event the item is not as you imagined, you just plain don't like
it, or for some other reasonable excuse, just email us and let us
know.
Antiques Etc. will accept returns if notified by email or phone within 3 days of date of delivery per tracking notification.
Only the purchase price or auction price is refundable, shipping and insurance costs are not.
All returned
items shall be received in the same condition as when originally mailed
to purchaser.
All insured shipments must be returned with insurance in the amount of the
purchase price.
"IF YOU CLEANED OR WASHED THE ITEM WE CAN NOT REFUND"
The purchase price of the item shall be refunded upon receipt and
inspecting the item for it's original condition as sent to you.
Antiques Etc. (AETC.) shall email you or make refund via PayPal, if paid by PayPal, upon receipt of item, describing the amount being
refunded or addressing any problems that may have occurred.
