Our descriptions are based upon visual inspection, knowledge of the item and/or research.  We try to put adequate information within the listing descriptions, but you may have a question, so please feel free to e-mail us through ebay.

USA:
PayPal is our
  preferred payment.
Purchases by Credit Card, eCheck or Bank Transfers can be made through PayPal.
Item paid by PayPal usually shipped within two working days.
PLEASE EMAIL US YOUR MAILING ADDRESS with in 3 days of invoice if;  payment via PayPal is not made or making payment by money order or check.
If paying by money order, cashiers check, personal or business check it must have the same address as eBay has for you and it must clear our small bank prior to shipping (usually 10 bank working days).

Invoice Notice:
We personally send a Invoice to our winning bidders within 24 hours of the auctions end. If you have won more then one of our auctions please wait for our eBay Invoice for your combined discounted shipping rate.

SERVICES & FEES: Winning bidder pays a minimal services fee, shipping and insurance. We charge a minimal service fee to cover some of our material and service costs and is included in the shipping costs.
Our fees range from $1.00 to $3.00 for normal shipment, up t0 $5.00 on large boxed items. Special services and crating is additional as noted within the listing, if any, or as may be requested by the buyer prior to shipping. No service fee for pickups but you must pay sales tax.

SHIPPING: We ship Internationally - Worldwide.
We wrap, package and/or box all our items to provide the best care possible.
Shipping and Handling costs are always provided with our auctions either by our Flat Rate or the Postal Calculator.
International
: Other Countries may email us for a S&H quote if costs are not provided.
We will ship any way you would like, if available to us, just let us know. Final costs may need adjusting.
We ship USPS. Some large items may be shipped UPS, FedEx, DHL or others.

INSURANCE:
We generally give you the option to insure your item, but on some breakables or valuables over $25.00 in value we do require insurance.  We highly recommends you insure your item. Costs for insurance is based on the total amount of your purchase per the shipper's rates. With insurance, the shipping agent guarantees your item arrives safely. In the event damage occurs in shipping, purchaser needs to return the item, all it's pieces, including the box it was shipped in, to the Insurer, such as the USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL and fill out their damage claim.
Antiques Etc. can not guarantee an item once it has been shipped.

International Insurance: Insured item out side the USA must be sent by Priority or Express Mail International rate. If insurance is not provided on our listing for your country, just email us for a quote.

Colorado Sales Tax:
If your Shipping address is in Colorado; State, County and/or City, Sales Tax is required and shall be added to the total costs of the auction. Only the Bid price will be taxed.
  Your Sales Tax is:
Colorado residents is 2.9%
Colorado residents in Garfield County is 3.9%
New Castle, Colorado residents is 7.8%

If you pick up your winning bid item and pay for it at the store, there will be no shipping and material charges, only sales tax.

If you live in Colorado and are purchasing the item for Re-Sale, Please provide us with your Business Name and Business Address as listed on your tax license, along with the Business Tax Identification Number (I.D.#).  We may request a copy of your Sales Tax License.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
Antiques Etc. wants all our customers to be pleased, if not overjoyed, with our items when they receive them.
HOWEVER; in the event the item is not as you imagined, you just plain don't like it, or for some other reasonable excuse, just email us and let us know.

"SORRY - NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON INTERNATIONAL SALES"

Antiques Etc. will accept returns if notified by email or phone within:
    1.  24 hours upon receiving your item; or
    2.  Four (4) working days from date item was shipped; or
    3.  24 hours after confirmation date at your post office.

Return shipping and insurance costs are at your expense, unless we made an error in describing the item.
All returned items shall be received in the same condition as when originally mailed to purchaser.
All insured shipments must be returned with insured in the amount of the purchase price.

"IF YOU CLEANED OR WASHED THE ITEM WE CAN NOT REFUND"

The purchase price of the item shall be refunded upon receipt and inspecting the item for it's original condition as sent to you.
Antiques Etc. (AETC.) shall email you or make refund via PayPal, if paid by PayPal, upon receipt of item, describing the amount being refunded or addressing any problems that may have occurred.
